  • NEW STUDENTS

    Step 1

    Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $80 must be submitted with each application.

    To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

    Families in need of financial aid can apply online via FACTS tuition services here.

    Step 2

    After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

    Our Admissions Committee will review your application for the following criteria:

    • Evidence of potential academic success in the school’s program based on previous records and recommendations

    • Evidence of good social adjustment, satisfactory behavior, and emotional stability

    Step 3

    Upon acceptance into our program, a communication from school administration will be emailed welcoming you to our school family and containing information for finalizing your enrollment process.

  • RETURNING STUDENTS

    Step 1

    Enrollment / re-enrollment is easy using our Online Enrollment. Login to your FACTS SIS (RenWeb)/FACTS account using a computer, not a phone or tablet. You will need the district code (SL-MA), your username, and your password. Once you log in, click on "Apply / Enroll" and then click on "Enrollment / Re-enrollment". You will then see the enrollment / re-enrollment packets for each one of your children. Proceed to open/edit the packets and complete every section following the on-screen instructions.

    Step 2

    Once you complete the financial/payment plan portion of the re-enrollment in FACTS, you must click on the "Return to Parents Web" green button to go back to the re-enrollment screen to complete, pay the enrollment fee and submit the packet.

    Note regarding the financial portion of the enrollment (FACTS): Once you get to the FACTS screen, you must set up a new PAYMENT PLAN (click on the left side of the screen under the payment plan section "set up a payment plan").

    Step 3

    The re-enrollment is not complete until the payment plan is set up, the enrollment fee is paid and the packet is submitted.

    Once you submit the packet, you will receive a confirmation email that your re-enrollment has been completed. If you have not received the re-enrollment confirmation email, your re-enrollment packet is not completed yet.
